Baseball to host Texas Southern Tuesday

Sam Houston will play host to Texas Southern in a non-conference baseball game Tuesday night at 6:30 p.m. at Don Sanders Stadium.
The contest orginally scheduled to be played in Houston at Texas Southern's field. However, the field is unplayable due to rain, so the two schools have flipped their home games.
Sam Houston will now travel to Houston to face the Tigers on Wednesday, April 7 at 2 p.m.
The Bearkats come into the contest with a 0-7 record after losing series to two top Mountain West Conference opponents, TCU and Utah.
Taylor Davis (.400) and Mark Hudson (.346) lead Sam Houston in hitting.
The contest will be the first of five home baseball games at Don Sanders Stadium for the Bearkats this week.
The Bearkats will host the Sam Houston State Baseball Classic Friday through Sunday. Other participating teams will be Northern Colorado and Creighton.
