Tennis holds successful fundraiser

The Sam Houston State women's tennis doubles fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 11, was a tremendous success and head coach Jim Giachino, assistant coach Peta Taylor and the entire Bearkat women's tennis team appreciate all those who participated.
Participating in the tournament were Joan Culp, Sylvia Culver, Bill Ferguson, Pat Jaggers, Jane Pickett, Mary Ridings, Dr. Terry Thibodeaux and Dr. Tim Tripp.
Sam Houston State women's tennis begins its fall tennis tournament schedule this weekend, traveling to the University of North Texas tournament.
