The Bearkats own a 59-29 overall record this season. Sam Houston has one more regular season tournament remaining in Nashville, Tenn., this weekend.
Fairleigh-Dickinson University of Teaneck, NJ, the defending NCAA Division I champions, retained the top spot in the poll. Maryland-Eastern Shore is ranked second. Central Missouri, Vanderbilt and Nebraska rank third through fifth.
