Kats For A Cause, a group devoted to raising funds for cancer research, will be sponsoring "Teal We Find A Cure" Tuesday as well. Fans may take a shot at SHSU UPD assistant deputy chief James Fitch for $1 in the dunking booth and buy t-shirts for $10. All proceeds from Teal We Find a Cure will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Sam Houston, 12-8 on the year, is seeking to end a six game losing streak. The Bearkats started the year 12-2 with an 11-game winning streak that included victories over Rice, Michigan, Nebraska and UMass.
But, since an 8-4 loss to UT-Arlington in SHSU's second conference game of the year March 12, the Kats have been out-scored 40-16 in six outings.
Greg Olson (.364), Chris Andreas (.351), Ryan Mooney (.350) and Mark Hudson (.329) lead Sam Houston at the plate.
Last weekend in San Marcos, senior infielder Braeden Riley moved into fourth place in all-time career hits with 245 in his career. Terry Pirtle (1984-87) holds the SHSU career record with 271.
Tuesday's encounter with HBU marks the second time this season the pair have met. Sam Houston shut out the Huskies 13-0 on Feb. 22.
