Women take three gold medals

The SHSU men totaled 10 first place finishes while the women produced three gold meals.
Ambra McCuin won triple jump with the second best jump school history with a mark of 41'9.75". The feat placed her tops in the conference.
Sunday Foster took first place in the long jump with a leap of 19'3.25". Foster also was third in the 100 meter and 200 meter races.
Sabrina Starr won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 14.09 seconds.
Other top women's results included a Christina Webb with personal bests and second place finishes in both the shot put (49' 1") and the discus (155' 7") .
Dakota Stewart was the runner-up in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.09 seconds.
