Andreas, a senior from Brenham, was the second-leading hitter in the tournament, posting a .500 batting average after going 5-for-10 at the plate in Sam Houston's three games. Andreas batted in two runs and produced a home run and a double.
Plucheck, a freshman from Tomball, ranked sixth in the tournament with a .455 batting average. Plucheck went 5-for-11 with five runs batted in, a double and two triples (both in the Bearkats' opening round 12-0 run-rule win over No. 4 seed Southeastern Louisiana.
