Texas State-SHSU match suspended

Sam Houston State's Southland Conference women's tennis match at Texas State in San Marcos Sunday afternoon was suspended due to rain.
Only the doubles portion of the match was completed.
Texas State won all three pro sets to take the doubles point as Melissa Hadad and Jessic Kaths defeated
Nadia Dubyanskaya and Tatyana Postnikova 8-4; Gabriela Rojas and Bee Van Den Bergh downed Sheridan Currie and Natalie Petaia 8-6 and Rachel Baldree and Mariana Perez edged Olivia Battye and Imke Jagau 9-8.
No announcement was made Sunday as to when the match will be completed.
Play in the annual post-season Southland Conference women's tennis tournament begins this weekend.
