Sam Houston's final regular season women's tennis dual match which was suspended Sunday in San Marcos due to weather will be completed this Saturday, April 21, at the Texas A&M courts in College Station.
Texas State and Sam Houston were dueling in a match that will decide which team will be the number two seed in the Southland Conference Women's Tennis post-season tournament in San Antonio Friday-Sunday, April 26-28 in Nacogdoches
The Bobcats had taken the doubles point by winning all three pro sets and one game had been completed in five of the six singles matches when play was stopped.
Texas State needs a victory to tied UT-Arlington for second place in the Southland final regular season standings. The Bobcats own the tiebreaker over UTA with a head-to-head victory and would be the number two seed.
Sam Houston will be the number seven seed in the tournament.
