Orange Sweeps Fall World Series

Sophomore pitcher Jordan Church closed out each of the three games as the Orange Team, managed by Bearkat assistant coach Philip Miller, swept the annual SHSU Fall World Series.
Transfer junior Jake MacWilliam drove in three runs as Orange took game two 6-5, Wednesday.
The final game, played Friday afternoon, was the lowest scoring of the three. Jason Simms tossed six innings allowing two runs while striking out three as Orange closed it out with a 4-2 win.
