McMurry Tennis Rained Out Sunday

Sam Houston's women's tennis match with McMurry scheduled for Sunday Feb. 2 has been canceled due to bad weather.
The Bearkats opened their schedule Friday afternoon with a 7-0 blanking of North Central Texas College.
Returning veterans Olivia Battye, Maddie Mortimore, Kayla Stevenson and Natalie Petaia look to pace the tennis team this year.
Transfer Karen Martinez and freshman Bella Costa further strengthen the squad.
All six won both their singles and doubles matches Friday.
