Tennis hosts Lamar Wednesdayat 1 p.m.

Sam Houston State looks to stay on the winning track when the Bearkats play host to Lamar in an important Southland Conference women's tennis dual match Wednesday.
First serve will be at 1 p.m. at the McAdams Tennis Center.
The Bearkats defeated Incarnate Word Saturday 5-2 in their last outing. Sam Houston got singles victories from Fabienne Gettwart, Mila Milanovich, Karen Martinez and Maddie Mortimore.
Following Wednesday's encounter with the Cardinals, Sam Houston heads west for a Saturday league match with Abilene Christian.
The Kats will complete their home schedule with matches against Stephen F. Austin on Saturday, April 18, and Northwestern State on Sunday, April 19.
The annual Southland Conference women's tennis post-season tournament will be held in Beaumont on Friday April 24-25.
