Kats still second heading to final day

Despite dropping a pair of matches on Saturday, the Sam Houston bowling team is still in position for a win, standing in second heading into the final day of competition at the FDU Jamboree.
The Kats stand at 7-2 overall for the tournament after posting a 3-2 record Saturday. They trail first place FDU by just nine total pins.
“Today was a rollercoaster and despite our mistakes we were in every match we lost. We have to execute period and be the team we know we are,” said head coach Brad Hagen. “We still have a chance to win but we need to show up tomorrow and take care of our business.”
