Friday Softball Moved To 1 p.m.

Sam Houston's Friday softball doubleheader with the University of the Incarnate Word has been moved up to a 1 p.m. start due to the threat of rain Friday evening.
The Bearkats and the Cardinals are meeting in Sam Houston's final home Southland Conference softball series of the 2016 season. The Kats' hopes for a berth in the Southland tournament in Lake Charles, La., are on the line.
The second game Friday will begin 30 minutes after the completion of the opening contest.
