Rossetti to be inducted into Hall of Honor

HUNTSVILLE - Todd Rossetti will be one of the newest members to be inducted in the Sam Houston State Hall of Honor this fall. Rossetti is one of eight men and women who will be inducted on Nov. 9.
Rossetti was a member of the golf team from 1993 to 1998. He was a 2-time All-Southland selection, taking second team honors in 1997 and first team in 1998.
In 1998 he led the team with a 73.8 stroke average and earned a spot at the NCAA Division I Reagional where he finished 21st. His only tournament title of his career came that season as well, when he won the Rice Invitational.
Rossetti is sixth in school history in total rounds played with 108.
The Hall of Honor Induction Ceremony is presented by the Bearkat Champions Fund in conjunction with the Sam Houston Letterwinner's Association. The event will begin at 6 p.m. and tickets are $50 per person. The dress for the event is business attire. To register, contact the office of the President at events@shsu.eduor call 936-294-2415.
