HUNTSVILLE – With a focus on the health, safety and welfare of the student-athletes, coaches, officials and fans, Sam Houston has released its guidelines for women's tennis at the McAdams Tennis Complex in advance of Sunday's season opener vs Prairie View.
 
Despite admission not being charged at Bearkat Tennis, spectators will be encouraged to enter the facility from Bobby K. Marks on the east side of the McAdams Tennis Complex. All seating will be located on that side with available seating locations marked with a green check, while unavailable seating will be marked with a red X, similar to Johnson Coliseum.
 
Those in attendance will not be able to enter or sit on the west side of the facility as that will be designated for team entry and exit only. At no time shall spectators be allowed to access the designated player's area and players/coaches will not be permitted to gather with spectators on the court following the conclusion of the match.
 
Per Sam Houston State University protocols, facial coverings are required at all times while on campus and spectators in attendance are expected to abide by CDC safety recommendations and practice social distancing at all times.
 
Spectators not abiding by these protocols will be subject to removal from the facility.
