NORMAN, Okla. — The Sam Houston softball team rallied from behind to knock off ULM during day two action at the Oklahoma Tournament Saturday.
The Bearkats (3-7) trailed twice in the game against ULM, but senior

Ellie Grill and sophomore
Regan Dunn had clutch hits in the victory.
Game 2
No. 17 Missouri 10, Sam Houston 0 (5 innings)
No. 17 Missouri scored six runs in the second inning to hand the Sam Houston softball team a 10-0 setback at the Oklahoma Tournament held at Marita Hynes Field Saturday morning.

Ellie Grill and sophomore
Regan Dunn each hit safely for the Bearkats.
Sam Houston had a scoring opportunity in the bottom of the fourth. Schaeffer and Grill hit back-to-back infield singles with two outs, but Missouri starter Sophie Dandola (1-0) was able to end the threat.
Game 3
Sam Houston 5, ULM 3
Freshman
Ellie Grill broke a scoreless tie with a two-run triple in the top of the seventh to guide the Sam Houston softball team to a 5-3 victory over ULM in game three at the Oklahoma Tournament Saturday afternoon.
After the Bearkats tied the game at 3 when sophomore
Regan Dunn drove in Grill with an RBI single in the sixth, freshman pitcher Miko Vento tossed a shutdown inning in the bottom of the frame.
Freshman
Emily Telg hit a two-out single in the top of the seventh and freshman Hannah Schaeffer then reached on a walk. Grill followed with the triple that proved to be the difference when Vento worked around a one-out double in the bottom of the seventh to improve to 2-1 on the season.
ULM scored the first two runs of the game in the opening frame. Senior
Brooke Malia then tied it for the Bearkats in the top of the second with a two-run home run, her first of the season.
Sam Houston will play ULM against Sunday at 3 p.m., then conclude the tournament with No. 1 Oklahoma at 5:30.
