COLLEGE STATION — The Sam Houston men's cross country team placed sixth and the women were 12
th at the Texas A&M Invitational on Friday.
The men finished with 184 points behind TCU, Texas A&M, Houston, Tarleton and Tulane. The women had 321 points to place behind SMU, the Aggies, Oklahoma, Tulane, TCU, Baylor, Houston, UTA, Louisiana, Tarleton and St. Edward's.
Gudisa Adnow was the top finisher, placing 13
th with a time of 23:54.8 on the 8K course.
Ellie Galan led the women with a 49
th-place showing with a time of 18:45.5.
