
Paris earns CUSA academic honors

DALLAS – Conference USA named six student-athletes to its 2025 CUSA Women's Bowling All-Academic Team including one roller from Sam Houston, the league announced Friday morning.
Katie Paris was one of three graduate students who secured their spot on the All-Academic Team along with Vanderbilt's Isabel Allen and Kirsten Moore from Youngstown State. Paris and Moore achieved a 4.0 GPA in their undergraduate and master's degree programs.
Paris has been an integral piece for the Bearkats this season with an 89.5 fill percentage and a 50 strike percentage (traditional format) along with an 86.4 fill percentage and a 53 strike percentage (Bakers Double format).
Other CUSA All-Academic selections include Arkansas State's Kaylee Back, Rachel Ong of LA Tech and Maia Struble of Valparaiso.
