Ashley Isbell will serve as graduate assistant coach for the Bearkats during the 2014 softball season after completing an outstanding career as a four-year letter winner.
Isbell is a two-time All-Southland Conference selection and has earned selection to the Southland Conference post-season All-Tournament squad each of the past two seasons.
She came to Sam Houston from Taylor High School where she earned All-State, All-District and defensive MVP honors for coach Billi Powell
