Bickford missed the season due to injury.
2019 Season
Bickford appeared in 19 matches, making nine starts as a freshman. She led the team with five goals. She had two assists and scored 12 points. Three of Bickford's goals were match winners against UCA (Sept. 20), McNeese (Oct. 13) and Nicholls (Oct. 20) and that tied for seventh in the league. She was selected to the All-SLC third team.
Background
After helping the Dallas Texans 01 Girls’ Black team win a Lake Highlands Girls’ Classic League Division I title and State Cup championship in 2017, Bickford sat out her junior year at Mansfield High School to compete with the Dallas Texans U16/U17 DA team for head coach Ben Williams ... returned to Mansfield High School as a senior, leading them to a fourth consecutive district title along with bi-district and area championships ... finished her senior year as the District 7-6A MVP, Team Offensive MVP, All-Area Second Team, All-State Honorable Mention and Academic All-State ... she also played for Solar West for Ben Williams.
