SLC Offensive Player of the Year … all-SLC first team wide receiver … all-SLC first team all-purpose player … all-SLC first team punt returner … AP all-America first team … AFCA all-America first team … HERO Sports all-America first team all-purpose … enters senior season as the SHSU career record holder in touchdown catches with 30 … is the fourth Bearkat in program history to have a receiving, rushing and return touchdown in the same season … scored 21 total touchdowns, the second most in the nation … preseason all-SLC first team choice … named SLC Offensive Player of the Week on Oct. 16 after hauling in eight catches for 139 yards and four touchdowns vs Northwestern State … it was just the third time in Bearkat history a receiver caught four touchdowns in a game … named the SLC and STATS FCS National Special Teams Player of the Week on Oct. 23 after putting up 185 all-purpose yards in a win over Lamar, including 100 punt return yards and a 54-yard punt return for a touchdown on the first punt return of his career … finished season with 78 receptions for 1,206 yards and 17 touchdowns, just one shy of the SHSU single-season record for touchdown receptions … was one of two players in FCS with multiple punt-return touchdowns … went for eight catches for 131 yards and three touchdowns, in addition to a rushing touchdown in FCS Playoff win over South Dakota (12/2) … six 100-yard receiving games … scored at least one touchdown in 11 of 14 games played … tied a SHSU single-game record with 13 catches in Battle of the Piney Woods win over Stephen F. Austin (10/7), finishing with 151 yards and a touchdown … caught two touchdowns and had a game-sealing 52-yard punt return touchdown in win at Abilene Christian (11/11) … had both a rushing and receiving touchdown in win at Southeastern Louisiana (10/28) … had four catches for 139 yards and a touchdown in season-opening win against Richmond (9/1).
2016 Season
Second Team All-Southland Conference … caught 56 passes for 960 yards and 10 touchdowns … both receiving yards and touchdown total ranked third on team and in Southland Conference … was fourth in Southland Conference, averaging 17.1 yards per reception .. named to HERO Sports Sophomore All-America team … had four games with 100+ yards receiving … scored at least one touchdown in seven separate games … hauled in first touchdown of the season in win at Houston Baptist (9/24) … caught four passes for 106 yards and two scores, including an 80-yard touchdown from Jeremiah Briscoe in win at UIW (10/8) … caught four passes for 69 yards and a touchdown in Battle of the Piney Woods (10/1) … caught seven passes for 121 yards in win at Nicholls (10/22) … put up a career-high 184 receiving yards and three touchdowns, including a 79-yard touchdown reception on the Bearkats’ first play from scrimmage in a win over Texas Southern (10/29) … had four catches for 89 yards and a touchdown in FCS Playoffs win over Chattanooga (12/3)
2015 Season
Team’s fourth-leading receiver as a true freshman … started three games … totaled 40 receptions for average of 31.9 yards per game … his 12 catches for 103 yards and a TD in his college debut at Texas Tech were a Sam Houston freshman record … total was one catch shy of the school single game mark … had five catches in NCAA quarterfinal victory over Colgate and four grabs versus both A&M-Commerce and Colgate … caught scoring passes in wins over Abilene Christi and Colgate
