2019 Season
Second Team All-Southland Conference … played in nine games, missing the final three games after suffering season-ending injury in first quarter at Central Arkansas (10/26) … ranked fifth in the SLC with 11 passes defended … finished season with 23 tackles, including 2.5 TFL … still ranked sixth in SLC with three interceptions … also forced a pair of fumbles … had six tackles and two pass breakups in season opener at New Mexico (8/31) … followed that up with an interception in each of his next three games, including a pick-six in the first quarter of the win over Oklahoma Panhandle State (9/7) … had a pick and a breakup at North Dakota (9/14) and had a season-high five stops, along with a TFL, forced fumble and an interception in win over UIW (9/21) … had a TFL and a forced fumble in shutout of No. 9 Nicholls (10/19).
2018 Season
All-Southland Conference first team selection … named to HERO Sports Sophomore All-America first team ... SLC All-Academic team ... started all 11 games at cornerback for the Bearkats … finished season with 44 tackles and a team-high three interceptions … also had eight pass breakups, and 1.5 TFL … closed season with a 2-interception performance at Houston Baptist (11/17), including a 17-yard pick-six in the second quarter … had first interception of the season on opening drive at Northwestern State (10/13) … had six stops and 0.5 TFL, along with a pass breakup against North Dakota (9/15) … also had five tackles and two pass breakup at Northwestern State … had five tackles each in games vs Southeastern La. (10/27) and at Lamar (10/20) … also broke up a pair of passes in wins over Central Arkansas (9/29) and Stephen F. Austin (10/6) … had four stops and a TFL against Abilene Christian.
2017 Season
Played in all 14 games at cornerback, starting 10, as a true freshman … picked off three passes to become the first Bearkat freshman with at least three INTs in a year since 2001 and the first true freshman to do so since 1973 … also finished with 42 tackles, a sack and 14 pass breakups … started career with a pair of tackles, including a sack, and a pass breakup in win over Richmond (9/1) … had five tackles and first career interception in win over Lamar (10/21) … had six tackles and an interception in each of Sam’s FCS playoff wins over South Dakota (12/2) and Kennesaw State (12/9) … also broke up four passes in win over Kennesaw State … had three tackles and two pass breakups in win over Stephen F. Austin (10/7).
