2018 SEASON
SLC all-academic second team … returned to pitching staff after missing all of 2017 due to injury, making 21 appearances on the year … made eight starts and logged 59.0 innings on the season … posted 3.66 ERA with 48 strikeouts and just 10 walks … made first start of the year and picked up win against Cincinnati (2/23), striking out five and allowing just two runs on five hits in 6.1 innings … struck out five and did not allow a run in 5.0 innings at Lamar (3/10) to get the win … also struck out five and did not allow an earned run in 4.0 innings at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (3/17) … was nearly untouchable in 6.1 innings of scoreless relief at home vs Rice (5/8) that took just 55 pitches, retiring 13 hitters in a row at one point with four strikeouts and only three hits allowed … tied career high with seven strikeouts vs Houston Baptist (5/25) at SLC Tournament.

2016 SEASON
Sunday turned Saturday starting pitcher who was named D1Baseball.com Freshman All-America after posting a 7-0 record and 2.64 ERA in 15 starts and 19 appearances … Third-Team All-Southland Conference honoree who held league opponents to a .247 batting average while posting a 3.03 ERA … earned save in the Southland Conference Tournament championship game, holding Southeastern Louisiana hitless in two innings … did not allow a run in wins at Wichita State and versus Houston, tossing 6 2-3 innings and six frames respectively … allowed the fewest walks (24) among the weekend rotation and finishing tied for sixth in the league with the fewest home runs allowed (2) against the Southland … struck out season-high seven hitters on two occasions, doing so against Wichita State and Nicholls … named Southland Conference Pitcher of the Week on May 9 after wins against Houston and A&M-Corpus Christi while tossing 12 1-3 innings permitting only one earned run.
