Sam Houston State - Compiled .421 batting average as a junior in 2010 ... played in 26 games, starting 12 games in left field, two in center field and one as designated hitter ... posted six multiple-hit games including a 5-for-5 performance against A&M-Corpus Christi and going 4-for-4 versus Nicholls
Temple College: Two year starter for Coach Craig McMurtry...led Leopards to 44-16 record and a conference championship ... in 2009, finished the season a win away from the NJCAA World Series....hit .348 in 55 games, scoring 55 runs and stealing 20 bases in 21 attempts......went 3-for-4 in an NJCAA Region 5 Tournament win over Howard College, the eventual national champion Hawks' only loss of the year and one that snapped a national record 57 game win streak.

Cinco Ranch High School: Played for Coach Marc Jones...lead his team to the school's first district championship....hit .398 and holds the season and career school records for stolen bases, doubles and runs. First team All District performer and named to the TSWA All State Team....lead the Greater Houston Area in stolen bases....28 for 28. Played for the Houston Heat baseball club. Also two year letteman and All District performer at wide receiver for Coach Don Clayton
