Her summer 2013 tour included her first full summer competing as an adult her native countries national team which included trips to Cali, Columbia and most recently the World Adult Championships in Henderson Nevada.

Cardona is a former member of the Puerto Rican youth national team and most recently her attention has recently rolled over to the adult team full time in the off season where she has continued to have success and represent Puerto Rico with great pride. Cardona retired from the youth national team as the most decorated female youth bowler in Puerto Rico during her time as a full time member.

"Neishka continues to be the ideal student athlete and her focus for success as a senior is at an all time high. Her work ethic and passion for our sport continues to push her ability to new heights. I truly believe Neishka will put her stamp officially on NCAA Bowling this year and I can't wait to see what she'll offer to the team as a senior leader." said head coach Brad Hagen.

Neishka finished her junior season again raising her average to a career best 199.76 for 54 games and her best finish was at the Southern ITRC Invitational where she not only made the All-Tournament Team but had a personal career tournament best average of 223.40.
