SAN ANTONIO – The UTSA Roadrunners handed Sam Houston a 4-0 loss in a makeup non-conference dual match Wednesday afternoon at the UTSA Tennis Center. 

The contest, originally scheduled for Feb. 4, did not start until after a 2-hour delay for another Alamo City rain storm.  

UTSA took the doubles point winning at the number one and three positions then clinched the team victory by taking the two, three and six singles.  

The Roadrunners upped their season record to 13-6. Sam Houston drops to 7-8 in dual-match play. 

Next up for Sam Houston are Conference USA contests versus Louisiana Tech on March 30, NM State, April 4 and Jax State on April 7
