All-Southland Conference honorable mention … ranked seventh in the Southland Conference with 97 total tackles … started all 11 games at middle linebacker … also had 6.0 TFL, one sack, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery … had career-high 17 tackles, 2.5 TFL and a sack at Lamar (10/20) … the tackles total tied for the 11^th most tackles in a single game in SHSU history … also had 15 tackles and a TFL against Abilene Christian (11/1) … had 12 tackles each in games against Prairie View (9/8) and at Nicholls (9/22) … also had 2.0 TFL, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery against Prairie View … also had 10 tackles and 0.5 TFL against North Dakota (9/15).

2017 Season
Played in 14 games, starting each of the last 12 at linebacker for the Kats … finished second on the team with 100 tackles … also had 2.5 tackles for loss, a sack, a fumble recovery and an interception … posted a season-high 15 tackles in FCS playoff win over South Dakota (12/2) … had a sack and seven tackles in win at Prairie View (9/7) … had a key second-half interception and five tackles in win over Stephen F. Austin (10/7) … recovered a fumble and had four tackles vs Nicholls (9/23) … had 11 stops each in wins over Northwestern State (10/14) and at Abilene Christian (11/11).

2016 Season
Played in 13 games for the Bearkats at linebacker and on special teams ... made 23 stops on the year, including three tackles for loss and a sack ... had a season-high seven tackles and a sack in win at Houston Baptist (9/24) ... had five stops in Battle of the Piney Woods win over Stephen F. Austin (10/1) ... had three tackles in win over Central Arkansas (11/19).
