Returns to Sam Houston for senior season after being drafted by the Oakland Athletics in the 2014 MLB Draft ... second-team all-southland outfielder ... three-year starter in center field with 181 careers starts ... third leading hitter with a .306 batting average and second on the team with 83 hits ... had 10 doubles, two triples, 40 RBI and 40 runs scored ... excellent defender with five outfield assists and only one error ... was a perfect 6-for-6 stealing bases ... batted .303 with 73 hits with six doubles, 40 runs scored and 25 RBI as a junior ... played in 60 games as a true freshman for the Bearkats ... hit lead off in 51 games and batted .316 for the season ... led the Bearkats in hits (77), doubles (10), multi hit games (22), and stolen bases (11) ... reached base a team best 21 consecutive games ... Honorable mention All-Southland Conference in 2012 & 2013 ... batted .346 in league play with team leading 44 hits, six doubles, and seven stolen bases as a freshman
