Men Ninth at UALR

Led by Justin McKay, who finished 17th, the Bearkats men's golf team finished ninth at the Arkansas-Little Rock First Tee Classic played at the Chenal Country Club.
Sam Houston produced a two-day, 54-hole team total of 321-321-306-948.
Justin McKay shot 76-79-78-233. JT Taylor finished 27th (79-81-75-235), Albert Minor was 39th (82-86-74-242), Logan Boatner was 45th (84-80-79-243) and Chase Chapman was 57th (87-81-84-252).
Southeastern Louisiana won the event for the fourth consecutive time with a team total of 912. Stephen F. Austin placed second with a team total of 917 (+53). UALR placed third, while Abilene Christian (925, +61) and Oral Roberts (934, +70) finished fourth and fifth, respectively.
