Weekend starter for the Kats ... made 16 total appearances, including 14 starts ... led Kats in wins (6) and innings pitched (82.0) ... posted a 4.68 ERA, lowest among Bearkat starters ... finished with career-best 70 strikeouts ... picked up first complete-game win with 9 strikeouts in win at Tarleton (4/22) ... also had 9 strikeouts in first outing vs Tarleton (3/12) ... was stellar in season debut vs Nebraska (2/20), getting the win over the Huskers with 6.0 shutout innings and 8 strikeouts, allowing 3 hits and 1 walk on 77 pitches ... punched out 7 on 66 pitches in 5.0 innings against Stephen F. Austin (5/7)
2021 Season
Made 14 appearances out of the Bearkat bullpen ... finished season 1-2 with a 4.66 ERA and a save ... only walked 3 batters in 19.1 innings, striking out 15 ... picked up the save in win over McNeese (4/17) ... that came after throwing 2.0 scoreless innings of relief vs the Cowboys a day earlier ...earned a win in the Southland Tournament vs Abilene Christian with 1.1 innings of work, pushing the Kats into the tournament title game ... threw 3.0 scoreless frames out of the pen in the season opener vs Texas State (2/24) at Globe Life Field before being saddled with the loss ... struck out 2 vs Rice (3/5) at Shriners Hospitals for Children College Classic
2020 Season
Worked out of a difficult situation in first appearance of the year in series finale vs Saint Mary's (2/16) ... entered tie game in 8th inning with 2 runners on base and promptly picked a runner off of first base before getting a ground out to navigate out of the jam, keeping the game tied with the Gaels.
2019 Season
Made 22 appearances, including one start, as a true freshman … tossed 20.0 innings on the year with a 7.65 ERA, 2-1 record and one save … had 14 strikeouts and seven walks on the year … held left-handed hitters to .200 average in 35 at-bats ... earned first career win early in the season vs Louisiana (2/23) … picked up save vs Lamar (4/5), tossing the final 3.0 innings in a 15-6 Bearkat win … struck out a batter in 0.2 innings of relief to pick up win at Houston Baptist (3/10) … made first career start at Constellation Field vs Houston (4/23), striking out a season-high four hitters in a season-high 3.1 innings.
The Woodlands High School
Perfect Game/Rawlings Sports All-Texas region team … led The Woodlands HS to berth in the Class 6A state tournament in 2018 … was a first team all-District 12-6A selection in 2017 and 2018.
